Pacific Energy Owns a non operated working interest in the Brennan Bottoms Oil Field. The field
consists of approximatley 1600 acres and is operated by Mar/Reg Oil Company and QEP
Exploration Inc. Additional develpment of the field is to take the place through horizontal
drilling to develope the reservoir. Two horizontal wells have been drilled to delineate
the field .

Cedar Rim Oil Field

Pacific owns a non operated working intrest in the field. The Field is operated by El Paso Exploration
and Production Company. The wells produce from the greenriver formation at 10,000 to 13,000 feet.

Greentown Gas Condensate Field

Pacific Energy Operates the Greentown field under contract with the working interests owners.

Salt Valley Oil Field

Pacfic Energy operates the Salt Valley Field under contract with the working intrests owners.
