Management

Management of PEMC consists of individuals with over 60 years combined
experience in oil and gas exploration and production. This experience makes
PEMC an exceptional company compared to its competition.

Tariq Ahmad   President.

Mr. Ahmad graduated in 1978 from the Colorado School of Mines in Petroleum
Engineering. Mr Ahmad has wide ranging experience both in domestic and international
oil and gas operations.   Mr. Ahmad has worked in the State of Utah since 1979.

Jerry Kumar Vice President.

Mr Kumar is located in Reno, Nevada and has experience in running Cable Televesion
companies and was in the insurance industry for over 20 years. 

Dan H. Green  Vice President

Mr. Green graduated from the Colorado School of Mines in 1979 with a Bachelor of
Science degree in Engineering.  Mr. Green was operations Manager for NP Energy
Corporations a Nasdaq listed oil and gas company.
